What are the differences between Self-Inking & Pre-Inked Stamps?
Self-Inking Stamps have a built-in stamp pad. A spring device automatically re-inks the die with your image between each impression. The pad can be either re-inked or replaced with a new pad.
Pre-Inked Stamps carry their own ink in the die. The ink seeps through the die at a controlled rate. While more expensive, Pre-Inked Stamps provide a better quality impression and are available in larger sizes. They are also easier to stamp and the larger ink supply ensures more impressions before re-inking
