We require an Illustrator .ai file with fonts converted to outlines. In addition, we would request a .pdf version of the file to ensure the accurate translation of the .ai file to our production equipment. There is a one-time $18.00 Artwork Charge to convert the file to a vector format that can be utilized by all our computer-controlled manufacturing equipment. Once converted, it can be used for any of our custom products (i.e. badges, signs, nameplates, labels, decals, tags, stamps).
In the case of .tif, .jpg or .bmp files, we can convert these file formats to vector art for a $48.00 Artwork Conversion Charge.
