From April 5, 2000 to April 5, 2003, Toronto Stamp was ISO 9002:1994 Certified.
We decided not to re-certify to the 9002:2000 standards, but instead focus our energies on new product development and continuous improvement of existing processes.
We have, however, maintained a quality system with documented procedures addressing the following elements:
• Management Responsibilities • Contract/Sales Review • Document & Data Control • Purchasing • Process Controls • Inspections • Control of nonconforming product • Corrective action • Handling, storage, packaging & delivery
