I've received my invoice but no goods - what gives? print


First thing, check your invoice in the "Shipped Via" box.
If it reads "Purolator" or "Fedex", please contact us immediately and we will run a trace on your shipment ... usually while you are on the phone.

If it reads "Mail", it is not uncommon for our invoice to arrive before the goods. Depending on your location, parcel post can take up to 2 weeks. At that time, please contact us and we will remake your order at no charge.
